Our Coffee Farmers

Straight Outta Buôn Ma Thuột

The Coffee Bitch is sourced from single-origin farmers in the city of Buôn Ma Thuột (pronounced Bwon-Mah-Twot), the capital of Dak Lak Province in Vietnam’s Central Highlands.

This region isn’t just famous for coffee; it was built for it.

With basalt-rich volcanic soil, high humidity, and a slightly cooler climate thanks to its elevation of approximately 536 metres above sea level, Buôn Ma Thuột produces beans with depth, strength and character. The mineral-dense red earth feeds the roots. The altitude slows the ripening. The result? Bold, full-bodied Robusta with serious attitude.

Buôn Ma Thuột has long been considered the coffee capital of Vietnam and is currently the largest source of Robusta coffee beans in the world. The region has global ambitions, and so do we.

But behind every bean is a farmer.

We work directly with single-origin growers who have cultivated coffee across generations, combining traditional farming knowledge with modern techniques to produce consistent, high-quality harvests.

This isn’t anonymous bulk commodity coffee.
This is origin-driven, farmer-grown, straight-talking Vietnamese coffee.

And we’re just getting started.

Stay tuned... we’ll be introducing you to our farmers soon.
