The Coffee Bitch was born in July 2020, during the first phase of lockdowns. That’s when Tram’s family started sending us care packages from Saigon, packed with everything we missed… including coffee...

Tram’s mum grew up in Buôn Ma Thuột, the highland heart of Vietnam’s coffee region. A place where the air smells like roasted beans and the soil grows some of the world’s boldest robusta. It’s no joke, this bean packs 40% more caffeine than your average brew. Additionally, the region produces nearly a third of the world’s robusta, and if you’ve tried Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese Coffee with condensed milk), you know it hits different!

Our patented brand name, The Coffee Bitch, is a tribute to Tram’s middle name Bích (yep, it’s pronounced “Bitch”) and her no-bullshit, sassy, confident and hilarious energy that powers everything we do.
